Episode 180: WWE News this Week

Weekly Discussion Logo

Josh and Jarret thought this was going to be the first week, where they brought back favorite segments such as Prime Cut, or a countdown list… but after saying we would talk about any “earth-shattering” news, WWE said “hold my beer!” They discuss WWE becoming an “essential business” in the state of Florida and everything that goes with that, the massive talent bloodletting that occurred on April 15th on “Black Wednesday”, and then they wrap up discussing the loss of a legend, as Howard Finkel, “The Fink”, passed away on April 16th at 69 years of age.

Episode 179: Post WrestleMania 36

The Brethren of Josh, Seth, and Jarret are here to discuss everything that went down at the Showcase of the Immortals… the Grand-Daddy of them All! Empty-Arena-WrestleMania! They discuss every match, the Boneyard Match, the Firefly Funhouse Match and everything in between. Including their disdain for the Cookie-Cutter “Finisher” matches for the WWE and Universal Championships!

Josh and Jarret got together on the airwaves to have their Weekly Discussion. They review how the global pandemic has shut down the world in segments, how the current environment has impacted the world of professional wrestling (covering WWE, AEW, Impact Wrestling, etc.). A look ahead to “WrestleMania 36” – not predictions yet – just a conversation on the difference and how they feel going into the “grandaddy of them all”. They cover all the news on Dana Brooke, Rey Mysterio, Andrade (spoiler alert not edited in; due to the timing), The Miz, Roman Reigns, and others. They also bring the return of the Shooting the ‘ish segment! Topics included are Brodie Lee on Talk is Jericho highlights, CM Punk not returning to WWE, and their thoughts on the current landscape of the Smartphone environment, plus technology during these trying times.
